12-month limited warranty
ADAK Smart Technologies warrants ADAK Health devices against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the original date of purchase, when purchased from ADAK or an authorised seller (including our official stores on Amazon.ae and Noon).
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects that prevent the device from working as described in its manual.
- Failure of electronic components under normal household use.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by drops, liquid (beyond the stated water resistance), misuse, or unauthorised repair.
- Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, and consumables such as batteries and gel.
- Commercial use unless agreed in writing.
How to make a claim
- Contact us via WhatsApp, email or the contact form with your order number.
- Describe the issue and include a photo or short video.
- We will confirm the next steps — usually a replacement or repair.
Returns
Orders placed on Amazon.ae or Noon follow the return policy of that marketplace. Please start the return from your order page on the marketplace. For direct or wholesale orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
