Where can I buy ADAK Health products?
Our devices are sold through our official stores on Amazon.ae and Noon, with fast delivery across the UAE. For bulk or corporate orders, contact our sales team directly.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders placed through Amazon.ae or Noon arrive within 1–3 days in the UAE, depending on your location and the delivery option you choose at checkout.
Do you offer wholesale or corporate pricing?
Yes. We supply retailers, gyms, clinics and corporate wellness programmes. Send us a message with the products and quantities you need and we will reply with a quote.
Apps & connectivity
Which app do I need?
Each device box and user manual shows the companion app to download (free on iOS and Android). The smart measuring tape uses the Fitdays app. Scan the QR code in the manual to get the right one.
Does it work without my phone?
Yes. Our body analyzer, smart tape and nutrition scale all show results on their own displays. The app adds history, trends, detailed reports and multiple user profiles.
Can I sync with Apple Health or Google Fit?
Our connected devices support syncing with Apple Health and Google Fit through the companion app. The smart tape also supports Fitbit.
My device will not pair — what should I do?
Enable Bluetooth and location permission for the app, keep the phone within 1 metre, and pair from inside the app (not from your phone’s Bluetooth settings). If it still fails, replace the batteries or charge the device and try again.
Accuracy & use
How accurate is body composition analysis?
Bioelectrical impedance (BIA) gives estimates, not medical diagnoses. For the most consistent results, measure at the same time each day, barefoot, before eating or exercising, and focus on trends over weeks rather than a single reading.
Who should not use a body composition scale?
Do not use BIA measurement if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device. Pregnant users should use the dedicated pregnancy mode, which measures weight only.
Are ADAK Health devices medical devices?
Our scales, smart tape and kitchen tools are wellness devices for personal tracking and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
Warranty & returns
What warranty do I get?
All ADAK Health devices include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or repair.
Can I return a product?
Orders placed on Amazon.ae or Noon follow that marketplace’s return policy. Start your return from your order page on the marketplace, or contact us and we will help.
