See what the mirror can’t

Weight alone doesn’t tell you whether you are losing fat or muscle. The ADAK Pro Body Composition Analyzer uses eight electrodes — four under your feet and four in the hand-held bar — to estimate how fat and muscle are distributed across your arms, legs and trunk.

Step on, hold the bar, and within seconds the 5.25-inch colour screen shows your weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat level and BMI, with a colour scale and trend line so you can read progress instantly.

A report worth sharing with your coach

Pair with the free app to unlock a full body composition analysis report: body score, weight-control targets, segmental fat and muscle analysis and impedance readings. Keep separate profiles for every family member and sync results to Apple Health or Google Fit.

Features

Designed around how you actually use it.

01

Segmental analysis

With electrodes under both feet and in both hands, current travels through each limb. You see fat and muscle for left arm, right arm, trunk, left leg and right leg — not only a whole-body estimate.

02

Dual-frequency BIA

Measuring at two frequencies helps separate water inside and outside the cells, for more stable body composition estimates than basic 4-electrode scales.

03

Smart even without the phone

The handle has its own SET controls and colour screen: switch users, view history, change units and delete data offline.

04

Professional-style report

The companion app builds a full body composition report with body score, weight control targets, segmental fat and muscle charts and impedance values.

05

Whole-family ready

Automatic user recognition keeps everyone’s history separate. A pregnancy mode measures weight only, with no electrical current.

06

Sync & smartwatch

Results sync with Apple Health and Google Fit, and a smartwatch view shows your latest weight, BMI and body fat at a glance.

Questions

Frequently asked

How is this different from a normal smart scale?

Normal smart scales use four electrodes under the feet, so current mostly travels through the legs. With eight electrodes (feet + hands), the analyzer measures each limb and the trunk, giving segmental results that are more representative of your whole body.

Do I need my phone every time?

No. Weight, body fat, muscle, visceral fat and BMI appear on the handle display. Use the app when you want history, trends and the full report.

Can I use it if I have a pacemaker?

No. People with pacemakers or other implanted electronic medical devices should not use body composition (BIA) measurement.

When is the best time to measure?

Measure at the same time of day — ideally in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating or exercising — barefoot and with dry feet.
