  • If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • If the cancellation is unsuccessful and you receive a tracking number, please contact the courier to refuse the delivery.

  • Once the refusal is confirmed, contact us and we will assist with your refund process promptly.

  • If the package has already been delivered and you still wish to cancel, contact us to receive a return address (note: this address may differ from the original sender address), and we will guide you through the return process.
